Heath Office Manager
David Huckle – david@letwise.co.uk

David joined the Let Wise team in 2009, where a shift in career path saw a qualified Chemistry Teacher become a senior figure within the Lettings Team. David has always shown an interest in the property Industry due to family connections. David is ambitious and boasts an outgoing and friendly personality, which supports him in his daily role.

David has experience in all aspects of the business; accounts, maintenance, lettings, property management and reporting and has quickly risen through the ranks to the role of office manager where he looks after the companies accounts, overseas operations in the Heath Office and deals with negotiations for tenancies.


Lettings Manager

Damian has been with Let Wise since 2007. Prior to joining the Let Wise team Damian gained 10 years experience within the property and sales industries, working for two well known agents. Damian is proud to have been part of the rapid growth of the company and has been instrumental in developing and growing our team of enthusiastic employees. Damian has high expectations and is happy working for a company that passionately strives to be the best. As the business is maturing, Damian has been instrumental in obtaining repeat custom, which reflects his continual commitment to Let Wise.

Damian has gained experience in all aspects of the business, with his main focus being to build new relationships with clients and to ensure a tenancy runs smoothly, from beginning to end.

Ceri joined the Let Wise team toward the beginning of 2011, after recently moving from a well established Cardiff agent. Having worked in the Lettings industry for over twelve years, Ceri has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Property Lettings, Management & Sales.

We have every confidence that Ceri will play a key role in the future of Let Wise.

Prior to joining the Letwise team I spent 4 years working as an Incident Manager within the Insurance Industry for two of the largest names in insurance, Aon and Cunningham Lindsey. I have been enjoying a challenging role at Letwise for the past six months. My main role at Letwise involves making sure all Maintenance incidents are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, liaising between landlords, tenants and contractors.


Property Management Co-ordinator

Penny has recently completed her A Levels, and joined Let Wise to improve her skill set and take advantage of a fast paced working environment.

Penny covers all aspects of the tenant referencing and move in process, were she inputs a significant team contribution to ensure the move in procedure run smoothly.


Managing Director
Adrian Spragg – adrian@letwise.co.uk

Adrian has built on his personal experiences as a landlord over the past 18 years, and has implemented this, along with his lettings knowledge to form best practice within Let Wise. As a Landlord and Managing Director of the business, Adrian whole heartedly understands the highs and lows of renting properties and from his own experiences, has built a solid business model for Landlords to entrust.

Adrian setup Let Wise in 2006, moving away from the telecommunications industry, where he enjoyed a fruitful employment as sales director of a well known provider. Adrian made the move away from the telecommunications industry as a result of experiencing a very poor level of service from Letting Agents within the Cardiff & Newport catchment.

5 Years on and Let Wise is continuing to expand, now with two enviable office locations. As of 2011, the business model is beginning to diversify to move with the change in market conditions. The Wise Property Group is due to be formed during the beginning of 2011, and will incorporate a number of associated businesses to enhance the business offering.

We continue to offer superior customer service and anticipate that the foundations Let Wise has been built by, will continue to support the business grow from strength to strength.

Adrian has lived in Cardiff all his life and is familiar with all areas of Cardiff.
